SETI: Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence

SETI: Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence puts you in charge of a scientific team scanning the sky for a signal that would change everything. Build telescopes, launch probes into the solar system and analyse the transmissions you pick up, all while rival teams chase the same discovery. A meaty strategy game for experienced groups, science fiction fans and anyone drawn to real astronomy wrapped in a competitive engine. Key details: • Players: 2 to 4 • Age: 14+ • Play time: 90 to 120 minutes • Publisher: Asmodee. Genre: strategy, science and exploration • Contents: a game board covering Earth and space, player dashboards, research tokens, plus telescope, satellite and mission tiles • Communication cards, signal markers, rulebook and scenario variants for replayability A turn is a question of priorities: point your telescope at a promising patch of sky, spend your budget on a deep space mission, or stop to interpret the data already sitting on your dashboard. Push too hard on hardware and a rival decodes the signal first, so timing your analysis is everything. Buy SETI: Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence online from Cookes Games and start listening.
