DELIVERY

WHERE WE DELIVER

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We don't currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Islands, the Isles of Scilly, BFPO addresses or overseas. If your address is outside the mainland, Stripe will not offer a delivery option at checkout.

WHAT IT COSTS

The threshold is based on the value of goods in your basket after any adjustments, before delivery. All prices on the site include VAT.

DISPATCH TIMES

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding English bank holidays) are packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or on a weekend or bank holiday, go out on the next working day.

Every parcel is sent on a tracked service. You'll receive an email with the tracking number once it has been collected. Typical delivery is 2–3 working days from dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee, and carriers can be slower around bank holidays and in December.

HOW WE PACK

Booster boxes, elite trainer boxes and tins go into a fitted outer carton with void fill so the display packaging arrives crease-free. Loose packs, sleeves and smaller supplies are sent in rigid mailers. We don't use jiffy bags for boxed product.

IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, photograph it before opening if you can. If the product inside is damaged, email contact@cookesgames.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including the return cost where a return is needed. You don't need to send anything back until we've confirmed what to do.

IF A PARCEL GOES MISSING

If tracking shows no movement for 5 working days after the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund once the carrier confirms the loss. If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbours and any safe place first, then get in touch within 7 days.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll refund the goods but not the original delivery charge, or resend it for a further £4.99.
